Refund Policy

At Kashi Awadh Yatra, we strive to provide a seamless and satisfying travel experience. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are processed for our travel and pilgrimage services.
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after the required advance payment or full payment has been received and a confirmation has been issued by Kashi Awadh Yatra.
2. Cancellation by Customer
Refund eligibility depends on the time of cancellation:
- 30 days or more before the travel date: Up to 90% of the booking amount may be refunded after deducting applicable processing and service charges.
- 15–29 days before the travel date: Up to 50% of the booking amount may be refunded.
- 7–14 days before the travel date: Up to 25% of the booking amount may be refunded.
- Less than 7 days before the travel date or No-Show: No refund will be provided.
Note: Any hotel, transport, temple booking, or third-party cancellation charges will also be deducted where applicable.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated:
- VIP Darshan booking charges
- Temple donation or ritual (Puja) fees
- Pind Daan arrangements already confirmed
- Hotel bookings marked as non-refundable
- Flight, train, or bus tickets booked through third parties
- Government taxes and permit fees
4. Cancellation by Kashi Awadh Yatra
If Kashi Awadh Yatra cancels a tour or service due to unforeseen circumstances, operational reasons, or force majeure, customers may be offered:
- An alternative tour or service of similar value, or
- A refund of the amount received by Kashi Awadh Yatra, after deducting any non-recoverable third-party charges, where applicable.
5. Force Majeure
No refunds shall be guaranteed for disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Floods
- Earthquakes
- Government restrictions
- Curfews
- Political unrest
- Pandemics
- Transport strikes
- Severe weather conditions
We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule services whenever possible.
6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method wherever possible.
- Processing times may vary depending on banks or payment gateways.
7. Modification of Booking
Changes to travel dates, hotels, vehicles, or itinerary are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
